If you should find a lower price on an identical in-stock item within 14 days at a local competitor, let us know about it and we will match that price! Restrictions: We define local as within a one-hour drive of the store. Exclusions include rebates, financing offers, misprints, discontinued, clearance, or closeout prices or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. For buy-one-get-one offers and coupons we will meet the competitor’s price. This price guarantee does not extend to dealers or resellers.

RAIN CHECK POLICY:

We strive to have every advertised item in stock, every day. Should certain items be unavailable, we will gladly issue you a rain check at your request. Due to limited availability of some specific items, rain checks cannot be issued for special offers which are advertised as "while quantities last". All items are subject to price changes and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

RETURN POLICY:

All merchandise purchased at Gander Mountain may be returned within 90 days of purchase with the original sales receipt, unless noted below:

Firearms, Ammunition, and Power Equipment

• Firearms, Ammunition, Black Powder, Reloading Powder, Primers, and Power Equipment may not be returned.

Books and Magazines

• Books and magazines must be returned unused and unmarked.

Electronics, CDs, Videos, & Computer Software

• All electronics, CDs, videos, & computer/GPS software may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and unused.
  
  
• Used electronics within this time period may be exchanged or offered a store credit, with all original manuals and packaging, less a 10% restocking fee. Defective product may be evenly exchanged.

Tents, Ice Houses, and Waders

• Tents, ice houses, and waders may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened and unused. Used product within this time period may be exchanged or offered a store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. Defective product may be evenly exchanged.

Returns Without a Receipt or with a Gift Receipt

• All returns without a receipt, subject to the policies above, will be refunded with a store merchandise credit or mail check at the lowest price within the last 90 days.
