The newest version of the Judge might just revolutionize small frame revolvers. The Model 4510 "Public Defender" delivers devastating firepower in a new scaled-down size that can travel with you. The new Public Defender features a reduced profile hammer that won't catch when it needs to come out quickly. Features include a rubber grip and Taurus Security System. Fires both .410 ga 2.5" shotshells and .45 Colt ammunition.

Our exclusive package comes with two grips - a small grip for concealment and a large grip for the range - and a Bulldog case and holster. This fired-case version is legal for NY and MD.

This is a great addition to any hand gun collection, great for Camping, Home Defense, Car and a Blast to shoot. Shot over 200 rounds and had NO issues, ran many different kinds of ammo through it. I like the Winchester PDX1 and the Federal 000 Buck but shot all well. Wife is 5'2" and 118 lbs and shot it quite a bit, loves it. I would reccommend it highly if you buy it and use it for what it was made for.

Alabama is an Open Carry State and I exercise my right to Open Carry. I use my Taurus to express my Open Carry rights as a citezen of AL. I also use it for personal protection and the 410 ga. would make it easier to hit your target in an emergency. I use the big pistol grip. I don't have any issues with this gun, it's Great, although Taurus could issue a safer holster for Open Carry. It's fine for concealed carry.
