Comments about Gander Mountain 6'6" M-Power Spinning Combo:
My fourteen year old son and I were looking for new rod and reel combos. After using Spincasts forever we thought we'd try a Spinning Combo. The employee that assisted us was friendly and knowledgable and helped us with our selection, within out pricerange and also suggested line and spooled it for us which was a nice added service. The rod itself is lightweight and comfortable and the reel is easy to use and slick. We're using 8lb test line. Only negative thing I've been finding is that when casting, the line sometimes tangles at the rod tip making the retieve stiff. Other than that it's been great.
