I live alone and seldom cook much more than soup for myself. I also live in the country in Iowa and am unable to get to the store when the snow flies. I like to keep easy to prepare foods in my pantry for those times. I have only tried the Potato Garlic Soup but found it VERY good. I did add shredded cheddar cheese, cooked brown rice and a little precooked mozzarella/spinach turkey sausage and it was absolutely outstanding. Can't wait to try the others!
