Q:
Which cable end do I plug in first to get this to work? Do I plug in the cable to the reader and then to the USB port on my computer or do I plug in the USB port end first and then the end that goes to the reader? I have the Microsoft Scanner & Camera Wizard that works with my digital camera but it will not open with the reader. I thought, maybe, I was plugging in the cable ends in the wrong order. There were no instructions in the package with the reader. HELP!Asked on 8/27/2009 by toytrains25 from Wisconsin0 answers

CUSTOMER CARE
A:
This reader can be plugged into the TV to view pictures. It requires RCA cables which are the standard cables used with a DVD player. They do not come with the unit so you would need to purchase the cables if you do not already have some.Answered on 1/12/2009 by Davin at Gander Tech from Greenville, NC
