the penataiton is OK. but it could be better. but
you dont need a lot of penataition because it mushrooms so much. great for hunting all kinds of small game.I use a gamo hunter sport which shoots 1000 fps. its very accurate in my gun.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN SHOOTING A AIR RIFLE IS THAT SOME PELLETS WORK BETTER IN SOME GUNS THAN OTHERS. SO TRY A LOT OF PELLETS UNTIL YOU FIND ONE THAT WORKS THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO

Bought these when the were out of match points. These are just as accurate, but if it isnt a kill shot they seem to go through squirels and they are able to run off.
On non-kill shots the match points seem to hit so hard they stun them long enough for a second shot.
Not bad as a second choice.
I agree with above review that different pellets work in different guns. I have am using a crossman and crossman ammo is great. Other brand high dollar ammo has 1 out of 5 flying over a foot off at even just 25 yards.

Comments about Crosman® .177-Caliber Premier Hollow Point Pellets, 500 Count:
I got these pellets a while ago and loved em'. They have great penetration on squirrels and woodchucks, and just grounded chipmunks! You can also use them to get rid of pests like Starlings and house sparrows. Definitely worth buying

Comments about Crosman® .177-Caliber Premier Hollow Point Pellets, 500 Count:
if your shooting at targets within 15 yards this ammo is perfect and cheap. if you want to get out to 15-60yards pay the extra money for better ammo- all the difference in the world and is worth it. Did my own ballistics testing with my RWS Model 48, and this ammo was NOT intended for quality air guns if accuracy counts.
