A:That is not a good idea. Please do not do that. The support system is meant to keep water from puddling on the cover. I do not think that will be an issue when you are trailering your boat.Answered on 10/17/2012 by Justin M. from Overton's

A:I believe that is supposed to go on the bottom. The one with the slots goes on the top but as to how the straps should go into them, your guess is as good as mine.Answered on 3/7/2011 by Alex from San Diego, CA
