    The rope is fine as far as quality. The problem is its too heavy ! ! ! Its part my fault because I wanted an extra strong tow rope so it would last. The rope is so heavy it stays in the water no matter how fast you're going. It just does not work well because its so heavy and does not come up out of the water.
    Then I was told that once it was used I could not return.

          We used this tow rope one day with a large 340lb capacity tube. This rope is very heavy,dragged in the wake, yanked the tube to one side and did not pull well. The flat, instead of round, design seemed to be an issue causing water to spray into the riders faces. Overton's allowed us to return it but could only issue refund to the [@] purchaser which was awkward since it was a gift.
