Comments about Yaktrax® Walker Ice Traction Device:
Yesterday I fell on a snow packed hill and over extended my already damaged knee and cracked my head so hard I saw stars. Today I went to my local Gander and bought these. Later I went for a walk and at the spot where I slipped before, it was NOT slippery at all. These things worked well. So far, but I hope they hold up.
I like the bottom also because it does not damage my wooden deck like the cleated types did.

Comments about Yaktrax® Walker Ice Traction Device:
I bought these for my dad as a Christmas present. Unfortunately he hasn't had any snow to use the new yaktrax on. But they seem very comfortable and are quite easy to put on and take off. If these Yaktrax can keep him from adding a couple of bruises to his body during the ice and snow days, then this was a great gift.

Comments about Yaktrax® Walker Ice Traction Device:
Well worth the investment for all ages. They are an absolute must in the winter with any ice on the groud. Not meant for the avid outdoorsman, but instead for the family that is out and about alot in all types of slippery conditions.

Comments about Yaktrax® Walker Ice Traction Device:
I use the yaktrax walker whenever there is packed snow or ice on the ground. they give immense traction and have very little weight. I would forget that i was wearing them except for the fact that I see others slipping, and I can just walk normally over the same slick spots. It is very important to pull them off when going indoors, especially if the place has tile or marble floors, as the yaktrax have little traction on such surfaces. These types of floor surfaces seem like ice when you are wearing the yaktrax. the device is simple to remove from your shoes, just pull the tab at the back, and the stretchy device will pop right off. you need to have a place to lean against or sit to put them on again, they stretch easily over your shoes and grip tightly to them. I love this product!
