    I am a fishing guide on Lake Powell and I use it all the time for water, soda and food. It keeps these items nice and cold.
    The screw heads on the hinges are sharp and need to be filed down. They scratch the back of my calves.
    The upholstery on the back of the seat, line sown in running across the seat is uncomfortable to rest your back on. SHould be put at the top or bottom.

    I replaced two pedicel seats with the unit which serves as a cooler when fishing and storage when docked. Frees up space too. Easy to install with four screws.

        I replaced my original wood seat in my Boston Whaler. The swing back feature is great for fishing, just like the original. The cooler works equally well as a dry storage box. After a long day on the lake, the seat's cushion retains its' shape. The finish is also easy to clean up.

            No the seat dosent come with any fasteners. I found stainless steel two inch Philip head screw with a stainless steel flat washer worked very well.
