      The SEAT MOUNT attaches to the top of the PEDESTAL. So your seat mount and pedestal must match each other as far as size (diameter) is concerned. The seat mount will attach the seat to the seat mount, which will be mounted to the pedestal.

      It is possible, however sadly we do not have gimbals for vertical mounting on a pedastal

      This seat actually comes with a 15" fixed pedestal. You can purchase the seat and cushions separate and then attach to a 18" pedestal.
