      Works great. A little stressful while trying to figure out the mounting place and hardware needed for the job. After it was mounted the comments I have received have been very positive. All who see it think that it is OEM on the boat. Great product and works even better.

              I bought this ladder to install on the front of my pontoon boat. I tuck it under the bottom when not in use and pull it down when needed. It does not come with a clamp to hold it up, but you can find various clamps at your local marine or hardware store. Cut my cost in half over the model designed for this use.

              Upon receiving my new Windline Telescoping Ladder, we had used the ladder three times out on our boat. The third step had a malfunction on it, causing the step to slip.

              Service and delivery comments:

              I called Overton's customer service line and was ready to argue. I am so impressed by my customer service that I need to share this. Overton's sent me a new ladder within 4 days, letting me still use the one that was defective so my family could still going boating.Overton's had sent me a return label at no cost to me!!! Just wanted to say Thank You very much for your services. In the future you will be the FIRST and ONLY business I deal with!! Very happy customer.
