Designed by John Browning, the Model 1885 High Wall is known as one of the finest single-shot rifles ever produced. Its falling block action is noted for its strength and incredible inherent accuracy. The stock is a straight grip style with a Schnabel forearm, finished in a satin, oil-type and finely checkered at the grip and forearm. The full octagon, semi-heavy barrel is 28" long and deeply blued. This single-shot rifle features a blade front sight with an adjustable rear sight. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in NRA good condition.
