Bullets are loose in the brass(?) casings. Inspected both circular/rotational and verticle movement. In first 500 round box 390 cartidges had bullets that were able to be rotated or moved up and down vertically in the casing! Poor product design, manufacturing, Quality control and new product introduction.

Comments about Winchester 22 LR M-22 Ammunition, 40-gr, 1,000-count:
These feed great in the BX-25's which have not been feeding bulk hollowpoints, nor CCI Mini-mags. They claim to be cleaner burning. There is no wax which is nice. I will be buying these again and again. There is an occasional dirty casing in every 200 or so.

Comments about Winchester 22 LR M-22 Ammunition, 40-gr, 1,000-count:
I deviated from the reccomended .22 LR that is listed in the owners manual and bought M-22 ammo. I shot about 500 rounds with one failure and was not sure if it was shooter fault. I took a look at the round and the bullet tip was loose from the casing and would not fire. I shot slow to rapid fire at 100 yards with no issues. Not sure of accuracy because I was having issues with setting my scope correctly and I forgot to bring my iron sights. I did have good groups.

Comments about Winchester 22 LR M-22 Ammunition, 40-gr, 1,000-count:
Have used my first 1000 and only had one misfire, but a recock and even it fired, had no feed issues at all, and it can get me 6 bullseyes out of 10 rnds at 75 feet, with a S&W 22a, very good ammo, will buy it again, but you might want to look around, americas most hated big box store has it cheaper.

Comments about Winchester 22 LR M-22 Ammunition, 40-gr, 1,000-count:
Disappointing! This ammunition is similar in price to CCI Tactical 22. Unfortunately, price is all these two have in commom. The M-22 ammuntion fails to fire, fails to feed, and fails to impress. This stuff takes the fun out of shooting.
Winchester sells plated hollow points in 333 and 555 packs that are far superior to the M-22 ammuntion for less money.

Great ammo, its cheaper than cci. Also super clean to shoot feeds great and shoots great with m & p 15-22 and ruger 10-22 and ruger 22-45. I'll stick to this as long as its cheaper. 2 thumbs up!!

Comments about Winchester 22 LR M-22 Ammunition, 40-gr, 1,000-count:
My 10-22 Target Tactical did not like these. 5% duds. Bottom of several of the casings showed tarnish or stains. No more accurate than other bulk, cheap ammo i.e.. CCI Blazer, Golden Bullet, etc.. A disappointment for a Winchester product. Will stay with CCI Standard Velocity. My 10-22 seems to be married to them. No duds and tight groups.
