Comments about Wildgame Innovations Rage 8 Crush Trail Camera:

I just bought the rage 8 for our hunting property. Although I have not yet used this in the field my preliminary assessment has been great. I have used it only around the house testing the camera in both dark and light. The picture quality has been very good, some wash out when we got very close to the camera but for the cost of this thing it doesn't break my heart. I read some reviews about an audible click when taking photos in IR, I have not heard this click yet, I was worried about it but now I am just fine. Adjusting the settings on this camera are 3rd grade easy! 3 buttons and a screen easy day. I also read some reviews of people saying they couldn't take their SD cards out to read them they had to plug the camera into the computer. That is also not true, I popped my SD card in and then into the computer (it was also an already used SD card) Ill be sure to post another review after we get some Antler growth coming around on our other cameras and I pop this new one out. If your on a budget take a chance on this camera, if your not then buy a Bushnell.

Used this camera for about a week before the flash stopped working, takes great pictures during the day but not impressed with how unreliable it is.

This camera is useless for night time pictures. Every image is blurred to the point that you can barely make out any features at all. Totally useless for game pictures or home security. Don't waste your money. I didn't think it was possible, but this camera is even worse than Moultrie products.

Comments about Wildgame Innovations Rage 8 Crush Trail Camera:

The pictures the camera took were great, when it took pictures. This camera would work for roughly 2 or 3 days and then just turn off on its own. I had it in the woods for over a month and a half and when I finally checked it (injured myself at work, thats why the big gap) I found out it had shut off after 3 days of taking pictures. I brought it home and tested it in my backyard to only have the same results. Batteries were brand new and 16 GB memory card was empty, only problem was the trail cam. Needless to say I sent it back to Gander Mountains product replacement department and they hooked me up with a giftcard. I plan on replacing it with a Moultrie.
