                          I smoked some pork chops with the cherry chips today and the smoky taste is great. I used them in my electric smoker like I did the Apple and Maple. All 3 of these give great results. I can only say try them. I am sure you will not be disappointed. I wasn't, in fact I was very pleased with the results.
