Q:Wondering if this would work inside? Hate to say it but it is for an 80 year old with aging hearing loss. Can't afford real hearing aids, and looking for something that may amplify voicesAsked on 9/29/2009 by jg from Portage
A:It works great inside and works far better than those low technology analog hearing aids. Digital hearing aids first hit the market about 2002. My audiologist says that although there have been improvements in the technology since then, not one of her patients who has an early digital hearing aid has asked to purchase a newer digital aid. So even if the Walker technology is not the latest, it may do just fine. I researched hearing aids for about two years and I am quite pleased that I bought this one. I think you can pay a lot more for a lot less than you get with the Walker Game Ear.Answered on 2/2/2010 by Rich from Naperville, IL
