      I pulled out a 300 lb bear out of the WI swamp with ease, added a shoulder harness for my MN deer hunts. Ive pulled out 15 deer with this sled thru rocks,over logs and it goes nicely on sand and gravel. I laugh how easy it goes over logs without loosing the deer. cant believe it has no breakage for what Ive put it through. I gave one to my Dad,(72 yrs old) for his bow hunts.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I deer hunt in SW Ohio 4 months a year and this sled is nice, but not built very well for rough terrain such as over logs and rocks. Good for snow and ice not not plain ground.
