        I have tried portable chairs in the past and they all were rated for 200lbs but that is all I could find so I bought them and used them as long as possible. But this is a serious chair. I have to put two pillows in it to be comfortable and for me to be able to get up out of it. I weigh 375lbs. But I do not think it would be possible to build a chair this strong and this portable any better than this chair is built. Its comfort is so good that I use it at home sitting around the yard instead of my dedicated lawn furniture. I bought this chair to use turkey/deer hunting. I am 110% impressed with this chair. If there were any improvement that I thought they could make to the chair then I would list it but it is PERFECT!!! I have looked for a good chair like this for years and only got dumped on my back. (literally..lol) There is one thing I would criticize. NO CAMOFLAGE!!!!

            I bought this chair for my husband who has mobility issues. I figured it would hold his weight (280lbs) and allow him to rest during a future vacation. Though it did hold his weight it was very difficult for him to get out of. The seat was a little too low and there were no real handles to GRAB onto. It is really lightweight and I could carry it very easily anywhere (all of 115lbs). I kept this for myself and ordered him another chair from Gander Mountain and it is much better for him. For the price this is the best chair!
