vanguard Compact and lightweight, the Equalizer 1 is a big hit for those who want a pivoting bi-pod with a low profile for quick deployment. The Equalizer 1 has a unique pull-and-position leg adjustment system that enables you to quickly and safely reposition. The buffer spring reduces shock and vibration while providing a solid shooting base. This bi-pod has a pivot tilt of 0 to 5 degrees and a -30° to +30° swing angle. Rubber-to-metal convertible feet provide extra stability in multiple terrains. Height: 9.5" folded, 13" extended. Leg diameter: 14mm. 2-section leg. Weight: 0.74 lbs. 5 year manufactures warranty.

    I have been researching different bi-pods and stumbled across this one from vanguard...it is exactly like the online video describes!!!
    Lightweight, durable and very dependable and will not scratch your rifle! I mounted this to a Model 700 in a .308 caliber and it is incredible!
    I am able to leave this on the rifle and put it in a gun case without any problems!

      This is a great bipod, and probably the best priced one I've been able to find that offers lateral movement. It's easy to install, and although I just mounted it and haven't taken it to the range yet, I don't foresee and issues. I love that it has an additional place to attach your sling.[...]. Bottom line, I'm a happy Gander Mountain customer, as always.
