A:The primer/hardner is a very runny liquid. Just like water. It dries clear. Plain foam rollers will work for the primer. That is what I used and it was fine. However, the tuffcoat requires the special rollers.Answered on 11/11/2012 by Drew Williams from Gig Harbor, WA
