No this is not top of the line but something to install to sell your boat and let it become someone elses problem

Comments about Overton's Ultimate 24-oz. Overton's Blockade Marine Carpeting, 8.5' wide:

Hooks stick in this carpet. When they are pulled out, the carpet unravels. A written warning that comes with the carpet states that "snags can be caused by pets" so obviously hooks will snag in it as well causing damage. This carpet just can't be used in a fishing boat. It would be torn up in a matter of days. It has loops and an odd design pattern that looks awful for a boat application, and it's quite thin as well. I paid a premium price for this 24 oz. carpet, but could not be more disappointed. Thankfully I did not try to install this in my bass boat. Please do not purchase this product.

Comments about Overton's Ultimate 24-oz. Overton's Blockade Marine Carpeting, 8.5' wide:

Good carpet. I have both 16oz and the 24oz blockade. They both have the same thickness of rubber backing. The 24oz has a longer nape than the 16oz. The 24oz is like burber carpet. Its easy to mold or bend around panels. Its good sturdy carpet, but still felxable enough to work with it.

Is it possible/feasible to use floor snaps as an option to install this carpeting? Glue is not an option.

Is this a good replace for removable pieces. I have a Larson bow rider which has 5 pieces that snap in/out. A local carpet store will bind it and I can replace the snaps.

12 sq meters comes to 129.1 sq feet. So 130 feet of carpet. At 8 1/2 feet wide.

We do not have anyway of cross referencing boats, you would have to measure you carpeted area and let us know the dimensions you come up with, then we could tell you how much you need.
