I have been using the Ugly Stik ever since it came out. I have tried others and they were not as durable and caused me to loose a lot of the larger fish. I bought one for my best fishing Buddy and Grandson. I reconmend and buy for Gifts for my fishing buddys.

Not the top of the line, but for the money they do a great job. My oldest rod is over 20 years old and it still gets the job done. The two piece travel well for charters, trips, etc.
