Comments about Overton's Type I Offshore Commercial PFD, Adult:
canoeing-portaging trip, recreational boating, kyaking.
great flotation, feel safe in the water as a nonswimmer.
may be a little bulkier than a type 2 or 3, but the peace of mind overcame that in my case.

Comments about Overton's Type I Offshore Commercial PFD, Adult:
When you and your family are traveling in the ocean by boat, do you really want to trust that $12.99 life jacket? I purchased 4 of these for our local ocean going boating trips.
When I received these at home I tried one on. You feel like this is a life jacket that will save your life if you ever get into a situation.. A small price to pay...

Comments about Overton's Type I Offshore Commercial PFD, Adult:
Great for non swimmers. When you wear it you know it won't let you down. It is comfortable in the water (for me at least) and it can be used for a number of different water activities. Although due to its size and bulk I would not recommend for waterskiing or similar sports. But I like to wear it when tubing.
Whether you buy it for use in an emergency or just another life jacket to keep onboard
