    I recently bought a Maverick 88 12 guage due to the cheap price. I was surprized just what a good gun they are for that price. The model I bought came with a 28in vent rib barrel. The fiber optic sights took a full 24+ hours to cure on this type vent rib barrel so keep this in mind. I would let it set up this long, at minimum, on any barrel. These sights are Awesome. I prefer them to my truglo 1x30 red dot scope I have on my mossy 835. Their just Much more quick and easy to grab a bead on upland birds as well as a moving Turkey head that may sneak up on you. And they are VERY bright. The choke is the 665. I have many choke tubes but this one keeps a better patteren putting more pellets in the target at 50+ yards than all the others I have.. A clean shot would be a MUST before I would take that long a shot but I would be completely confident in this choke at 50 yards and in. I couldnt believe it but it really is better than tubes Ive spent double the money on. I put many different brand,types and size shells through it to find which worked best for me and just to be extra sure of it when I get in the feild. This spring I will be using these sights and this choke tube with all the confidence in the world. And I`ll be using these sights on all my upland guns as well. If you need a choke get this one. Im 48 and have been hunting for 40 years. Ive owned more than 100 guns and have 8 different brand and model shotguns that I use on a regular basis so I like to think that I know what Im talking about. I understand people are different and have their own ways but Im positive that anyone who shoots as much as I do will Love this choke tube and these sights. Again Make Sure you let the sights cure in place before shooting your gun or you may be getting out an opxy of some type. Hope this helped and good luck this spring!

                      just tried this choke out today and i love it..cant wait for a gobbler to walk out in front of me.i shot at 35 to 50 yards choke done really well i had 51 pellets in vital areas on my turkey target at 50 yards.35 and 40 yards was even better.cant wait for opening day.love the sites to i bought another set for my other shotgun

                        Couldnt ask for better from the choke tube. Sights are great at low light levels. Sights didnt just snap on my shotgun though. I tried to use adhesive strips included, lasted two shots before I got the epoxy out.
