traditions The Pursuit Ultralight is by far the lightest muzzleloader in the world! Though it only weighs 5.15 lbs, it sacrifices none of the great features you've come to expect from Traditions. The Pursuit Ultralight is a great mid-level break action for hunters or shooters looking for a full-featured gun at a fraction of the cost. Its 26" fluted barrel comes equipped with Traditions' unique Speed Load System for easier bullet loading and tighter groups. Williams fiber optic metal sights provide a clear sight picture even in low-light conditions. The Pursuit Ultralight comes equipped with the patented, award-winning Accelerator Breech Plug that removes easily in three full rotations with no tools required. Corrosion-resistant, lightweight LT-1 alloy frame improves overall handling. Features extended ambidextrous hammer spur and dual safety system.

Ultimate Slam Scope Package includes a Leupold Ultimate Slam 3-9x40mm Scope professionally mounted and bore sighted by a factory trained technician. The Ultimate Slam offers flexibility, durability, and accuracy for optimum performance. The SABR reticle provides solid hold points at 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 yards. Range estimation feature immediately tells you if that whitetail is within 200 yards. Multicoat lens system and 1/4-MOA finger-click adjustments deliver crisp images. Waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction.

          This gun gives me 1 MOA with 100 grains of Blackhorn 209 powder (NOTE: this powder requires 209 primers), and Barnes TMZ 250 grain sabot bullets. The trigger is crisp; I guess around 3.5 to 4 lbs. I took an 8 point at 105 yards, and the bullet hit like Thor's hammer! The Leupold scope is good, but I would like better light transmission.

              THIS GUN WAS A GIFT FOR XMAS IVE BEEN HUNTING WITH BLACK POWDER GUNS FOR SOME TIME WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE LIGHT WEIGHT AND DEAD ON AT A HUNDRED YARDS MY FIRST KILL WITH THIS GUN A DOE AT AHUNDRED AN THIRTY YARDS A CLEAN KILL DROPED ON THE SPOT

                I am 15 and got the gun for christmas last year,and I love this gun. I would give it five stars but the one thing I don't like is that it is very hard to pull back the hammer with the scope on it but other than that I have no problems with the gun.

                  Purchased this gun in August for this coming michigan deer season. Sighted it in on a lead sled at 100 yards. Currently I am 2 for 2 this year during the rifle season and still have the muzzle loading season to go. Both deer only went about 40 yards. Probably the best gun that I have ever purchased.
