Six-year frame warranty. Three-year upholstery warranty.

This 27"-wide lounge seat features a handy storage compartment under the hinged seat cushion. Warning: The back of this seat must rest against the boat railing. Do not use as a free standing seat. 23-1/2"D x 28"H.

            Service and delivery comments:

            8 phone calls 2 deliveries and one pick up. I have been waiting for a month to get this resolved and Overton's hasn't solved the problem. I feel as though the burden of correcting this manufacturing error has been placed on me the consumer. Overton's should provide much better service!

                      The base is made out of plastic and covered in vinyl. The height of the base is 10 inches and the seat is probably 3-5 inches tall to where you would be sitting, but the back rest is 28 inches tall.
