Product DescriptionThe Timberland Earthkeepers Rolston Waterproof Low Hiking Boot is built to tackle the trails with ease and look good doing it. Climbing-grade rubber accents, an exclusive anti-fatigue technology, and complete waterproof protection make this boot ideal for year-round outdoor adventures. The premium, full-grain waterproof leather upper comes from a tannery rated "Silver" for its water, energy, and waste management practices. The waterproof membrane ensures that feet stay dry and comfortable, while the fully gusseted tongue helps keep out unwanted debris. The anti-fatigue footbed adds extra comfort underfoot and removes easily when not needed. The compression-molded EVA midsole offers lightweight cushioning and shock absorption, while an internal TPU shank provides torsional rigidity. The Green Rubber outsole is made from 42% recycled rubber and is designed for all-mountain use. The lace-up front closure ensures a snug, secure fit. Medium width. Imported.
Timberland Earthkeepers Collection:
"We Call It Earthkeepers. It's our most eco-minded collection of gear. It's also the philosophy that guides everything we do. We're all about getting outdoors. So we try to create durable gear that's easier on the environment. We're not perfect, but we strive to use recycled, organic, and renewable materials and make our gear in eco-conscious ways. We also think that reducing our impact on the outdoors is our responsibility. It's why we grade our footwear with a Green Index rating to reflect their environmental impact. It's also why we've planted millions of trees around the world, and why we're working to plant 2.5 million more before 2015." ~ The Timberland Company
