The problem is the outside roller will not turn freely, The outer rollers are pressed against the frame so tight that only the inside rollers turn. The outer rollers rub on the hull leaving marks.
I suggest that you get 10 5/8x7" bolts w/nuts & replace the wheels that are to tight or just the ones you need to..
Good luck geting the cap nuts off.

Pros

Cons
- Modify For Jetskis
Best Uses
Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Hull Sav'r Roller Bunks, pair:
Bought these for my Jet ski trailer for moving skis off and on trailer. The rail has 3 rollers which conflict with the ribs (too wide) on the newer jetski hulls. Plan is to modify the wheels - removing some to make them align with the Jet Ski hull, not impossible to do. Still a quality product.

Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Hull Sav'r Roller Bunks, pair:
The lock caps on the roller axles are on to the point where the rollers will not roll freely. I spent considerable time with various prying tools spreading the rollers apart enough to allow free rolling. Some were so tight that they would not roll. If the axle was 1/4" longer the problem would be eliminated. The average person would have had quite a time doing what I had to do. I like the product and the price is quite fair.

When I was purchasing these online, the website sugguested buying the mounting hardware. Unfortunately, my trailer was not a structure I could use the hardware on so I made my own. Check trailer hardware and accessories online and hopefully you will find what you need.Answered on 7/27/2009 by Hank from Windber,PA
