The Hull Saver Roller Bunk is a quality item. Much better than rubber rollers and look to be longer lasting too. The only con is they could be 3 to 4 inches longer for mounting. I should have bought the 5 footers and cut them down to size, but would be a waste because of the cost.

These rollers work great, they make loading and unloading at shallow river launches easy, you can push the boat off the trailor and you dont have to back the trailor so far into the water to load.Makes loading my river jet boat at a much easier task!

Can these roller bunks be used for my 14' aluminum hull starcraft powerboat without the rollers deforming the aluminum hull bottom? I am looking to replace my torn carpeted bunks with these to meke launching and loading easier. Thanks.

                      • Q:

I have 10' carpeted bunks on my trailer. Are the hull saver roller bunks intended to be installed on top of the carpeted bunks, or are the old bunks to be removed, and replaced with the roller bunks? I ask because it appears that in the Q/A section, both methods have been utilized.
