This is a nice mounting kit. The first bird all parts are available...the next 2 only the leather straps, for the spurs and beard. You will have to find the beads you need which is ok, as you can use whatever colors you want. I used a wide silver for the beard, wood beads to separate beard from spurs and turquoise and silver beads on the top of the spurs. Kinda gives it an "Indian "look. Looks great as a display.
