Comments about Thompson/Center Arms Thompson/Center Super Glide™ .50-Caliber Sabots Only, 50-pack:
They are perfect. I can push the ramrod in with one hand. Holds bullet snug. It doesn't fall out of the sabot when you dump them out of a speedloader as others often do.

Comments about Thompson/Center Arms Thompson/Center Super Glide™ .50-Caliber Sabots Only, 50-pack:
These sabots are just slightly shorter than others I have used. I am using them with 200 gr. .452 flex tip bullets. The other sabots would close over and grab the end of my ramrod because of the short bullets. Making it hard to remove the ramrod. These do not have that problem. This combination of sabot and bullet is extremely accurate and easy to load.

Q:
can you put a 45 cal. bullet in this sabot and shoot it out of a 50 cal. rifle?Asked on 5/17/2010 by gabbie from adrain, mi1 answer
A:
Yes you can..You can use a 45.cal pistol bullet AT 0.451 or 0.452 diam..I use the tc 50.cal.sabots and a hornaday 45 cal. 250gr.HP.XTP. bullets. If you will read the review I stated that this is a great combo..I have killed over 50.deer with this combo in my cva hunter mag,Just give it a try, you will love it...Hope this answered you question...good hunting.Answered on 8/9/2010 by mike the deer hunter from mooresville nc.
Q:
Will these .50caliber sabots fit my .54 caliber TC muzzlelodder? If not can I get a .54 caliber sabot? and where?Asked on 11/13/2009 by Bob from Indiana0 answers
Q:
Will this 50cal sabot hold the Hornady Rifle 270 Cal. 130 Gr. SpAsked on 9/20/2009 by Brad from Richmond IN.1 answer
A:
NO.It must be a bullet that is 0.452 in size. What I use Is
a hornaday pistol bullet,It Is a 45cal. pistol bullet but the
diameter of the bullet is 0.452..But any bullet choice will work as long it is the diameter of at least .450.This means
at least a 45cal. bullet, Like the TC. shockwave bullets are .450 in diameter, but is made just for muzzle loaders.I HOPED THIS ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION..GREAT HUNTING...Answered on 10/18/2009 by Mike the deer hunter from mooresville,nc
