Comments about Thompson/Center Arms .54-Caliber Maxi-Hunter® Conical All-Lead Projectiles, 20 Count:
I started using these Maxi Hunters about a year ago when a friend of mind turned me onto them. They are very easy to load because they are already pre-lubed with bore butter. You don't have to clean the bore after every shot. The fifth shot loaded just as easy as the first. When shooting these Maxi's, I'm able to keep a very tight pattern on my target at 50 yards. During the 2009 Deer season, I took a very nice/large doe. When I shot her, the Maxi knocked her right off her feet and she didn't move. When using these Maxi Hunters, it takes less time to clean the bore. I will not shoot anything else with my T/C 54 Cal. You will not be disappointed!

Q:
can these bullets be used in in-line muzzleloaders and if so do they need a sabot or patch ?Asked on 1/9/2010 by Bert2 answers
A:
hello yes they work in in-lines just use bullet and lube thats on them ive been doing it for years . these are only bullet that i can get my rifle to shoot accurateAnswered on 9/16/2010 by jim from petersburg wvA:
Yes, these maxi's can be used in an in-line. I use the 50 cal load in my Remington 700 muzzle loader with two 50gr (100gr.) pellets. They shoot pretty good. Nice tight pattern. You don't have to use a sabot or a patch.Answered on 9/17/2010 by Outdoorsman605 from Streetsboro, Ohio 44241
