Comments about Thompson/Center Arms 4-N-1 Quickshot™, 2-Pack:
This easy loader is top notch for the price. It may be made of plastic, but the integrity and price is well worth it. Pros: It does a wonderful job on R.E.A.L Conicals and patched balls. Full size conicals, you just push them in from the bottom. Patched round balls, you must take the bottom off and load them from the top, then put the bottom back on. This may seem like a hassle, but in reality it is not. Holds a good amount of main charge. Holds a fair amount of pan primer. It will hold your 209 primer if you use that.cons:With Sabots, it does not do that great of a job. Many of your conicals now-a-days are full sabot conicals one caliber size down from your gun. For example a 50 cal sabot conical is actually a 45 cal conical with a sabot to make it tight against your barrel. Sometimes these Sabot's are just a little too tight, making this loader not the best for sabot conicals. Another con for modern conicals with ballistic tips, soft tips, or tips of non-metal construction: Because these tips are sharp and pointed, loading these conicals with such a device will ruin the tips of them if the conical does not enter the barrel easily. A bent or ruined tip means loss of accuracy. The manufacturers sell jags specifically for their kind of conicals for a reason. . .not to destroy them. This loader does not have any "hollow" to protect these kind of conical. If they are to pointed, the point will be ruined. Some conicals like the powerbelt will work fine. I enjoy mine, have used it for years, and have gotten many second shots off with them. They are wonderful for hunting, and would not enter the field without them. They are fast enough in loading, that I no longer load my gun. I can wait until I see my quarry before loading. Thus, I do not need to shoot-out my ball at the end of the day, or pull it. Saves time in clean-up because of this.

I use these for hunting. Best thing about the 4 in 1 is it allows for quick reloading, offering second shots if needed. I also enjoy the color, you drop one, its easy to find. Having utilized this product in the field already, I have nothing negative to say about it.
