Reproduction of the Winchester 1873
Checkered Walnut Stock
Fully Octagonal Barrel
Adjustable Rear Sight
Winchester's 1873 rifle was known as "The Rifle that Won the West." It was originally chambered in a new, more powerful cartridge, the .44-40; this model is chambered for the powerful .45 Long Colt. Taylor's & Company's fine reproductions start with a checkered walnut stock with an enhanced straight grip. The rifle's octagonal barrel is blued and its action is case-hardened for durability and a timeless appearance. A blade front sight with an adjustable rear sight make this 1873 ready for Cowboy Action competition.
