Comments about Swarovski Optik Z5 Riflescope:

This is the only fun scope I've had. Z5's 3.5 -18 x 44 BRH reticle and clarity mounted to a low recoil rifle result in significant ammo usage.

The BRH reticle is a heavier recticle, made for hunting (BRX is for the range)

There are the mainstream scopes on my heavier recoil rifles, but, for something different, the Z5 is in a class by itself. By any measure I am not a good shot, but, the Z5 allows me to see better. Sighting in at 100 yards is visually satisfying when the 1" circle looks like an orange.

This Z5 is atop a hunting rig, although the 18x maginification allows for reasonable chance for fun on a 300-500 yard range. The Z5 is lighter than many lower power scopes.

The owners manual, online ballistics calculator, & eye piece adjustment are better than other brands.
