    I use these forks to roast hotdogs,kielbasa & ears of corn over a large 6' diam. firepit in my back yard.These forks are longer than my original ones so you can stay out the heat.Plus they are easier to use than the new style reverse safety forks.

    I was so excited to receieve these forks. We have four kids and a large fire pit outside that we love to roast over. We have such a hard time with our kids getting to close to the fire or the clothes hanger being too weak to hold the hot dog. I was so anxious and excited waiting for the six forks that we orderd. They came quickly, but sadly 3 of the 6 had the heads broken off. I called and the gander cs was awesome, polite, and quick. We went outside to try the three we had out and before we even opened it another one broke. We have already received our 3 replacements, but I haven't even bothered with opening the box. They're junk and aren't even sturdy enough to roast a marshmallow. I mean how hard can it be to weld the fork on securely?
