Every boat owner should own at least 2 of these. They are great for tying to other boats, docks, or what ever you need to. They are incredibly easy to use and offer some adjustment with the different slots. I just ordered 8 more for all of the people that I boat with that saw mine over the weekend!

I was a little misled with this product
I never saw in the description of the product that it was for temporary use only. Basically you cannot use it to tie up your boat at the dock.

Comments about Greenfield Stretch 'N Slide Dock Line:
Bought 2 for ourselves and 4 for two other couples. We all have three seater Yamaha Waverunners and these cords are perfect for temporary dock stays or lashing all three up when anchored for some float time. We have noticed after one season though, that the heat shrink cover over the ends of the bungee is cracking and breaking off on half of them.

I replaced my dock tie up ropes with these stretch n slide anchors. Very quick - absolutely no wrapping and tieing - just loop around the cleats and go.

We tie our Skiboat to our Houseboat. We bought a second set after purchasing our Bassboat, no more knots, just put the loop on the cleat and your done, easy!

Comments about Greenfield Stretch 'N Slide Dock Line:
What I like about these flexible boat ties, is that they are totally flexible and adjustable no matter what dock you come up to. You can secure your boat quickly. We can easily tie ourselves to another boat in open water and don't get the jarring we would get with ropes. I bought these after boating with my brother using them to tie off, and liked them so much, so I bought 4 of them. My nephew saw them after boating with us for the week and is buying them for his boat he keeps on the lake. I really like them. Boating for 8 years. No negatives thus far.

Comments about Greenfield Stretch 'N Slide Dock Line:
This is the second set of slide Stretch 'N Slide Dock Lines I have had. The first set lasted 2 years using them every weekend to secure my boat to our dock. They got punished and are still working but wanted new ones as back ups. Would recommend these to everyone who wants a simple way to tie up your boat.

Q:
is the stretch n slide dock line as strong as regular dock line?Asked on 4/2/2010 by tom from south lyon michigan2 answers
A:
In my opinion, yes sir. However I do not leave my boat tied out for more than a week at a time. This is for temporary use such as day, weekend, and week long use. I would not use it for long term storage or periods where I was away for weeks or months.
Hope this helps out.Answered on 5/19/2010 by Fishing Fool from Lake Chatuge, NCVERIFIED BUYER
A:
No. They even say on the package not to tie up your boat over night with these. They are made for tying up to other boats or to the dock while you get fuel etc. They are made from an elastic type material that cold break easier than a regular dock line.Answered on 7/8/2010 by EL Capitan from Wichita, KS
Q:
Does this work with PWC's? Connector in front is underneath, the back could clip to the connector for towing. Any ideas?

A:
If you get an item called Giant Snap Hook For PWC from Overtons it will make for easy hook-up. It's much better than a rope tie by far and works great for me.Answered on 8/17/2009 by Ted from Norco, Ca

You can, but it is really tight and not recommended. You are able to loop around the pole or tie a not for temporary mooring uses.Answered on 7/6/2009 by Ryan from Overtons
