      This is, by far, the best line I have ever used. I have been fishing for 20 years and have used many types and brands and always come back to this. I purely use an ultralight with 4 lb stren and have caught many fish heavier than that, even some largemouth bass up to 9.5 lbs! It casts well, it's easy to see and gives your artificial lures great action in the water. It stretches very little so you will feel the tiniest nibble. Hands down, the best product out there.

          I have been fishing for 45 years and have tried most all lines. I keep coming back to Stren Original Cear Blue. It's easy to see while fishing, maintains it's strength, and is good price for what you get and expect. No "gimmicks" in a good dependable fishing monofilament line.
