Product Description
Significantly Improves Performance! The Sting Ray hydrofoil eliminates cavitation, prop blow out, bow rise, porpoising, and bouncing. A new Speed-XP hydrophilic material creates a water-on-water surface eliminating drag and making Sting Ray the fastest hydrofoil available. Speed covers reduce drag by preventing water "slap" against the hole. Fits any I/O or outboard with a cavitation plate. Torque equalizers (#28986) neutralize steering torque for better control and tracking at all speeds.

      I ordered this for a Johnson 3.5hp 2-stroke. It does NOT fit on this motor due to the small cavitation plate. I did get it to work with the help of an Engineer friend who custom made a clamp plate for under the cavitation plate.

        This brand skeg may not work on all Honda/Volvo engines. It has something to do with the way the cavitation plate is designed on their outdrives.
