The Steyr Universal Sporting Rifle is a fully-ambidextrous, bullpup-style rifle adopted by the militaries of Australia and Argentina. While designed to be a US-legal version of the highly successful AUG, only 3,000 USR rifle were actually imported into the United States. The USR uses a short-stroke piston system where the right guide rod serves as the action rod, transmitting the rearward motion of the gas-driven piston to the bolt carrier. It features 20" ADI-made heavy barrel with a target crown fitted onto a nearly indestructible matte grey synthetic stock. Its A2-style cocking handle folds down for transport and is designed to prevent wear to the receiver finish. A 1.5x telescopic sight made by Swarovski Optik is integrated into the carry handle. This rifle includes one 9-round magazine, one 30-round magazine and the original box with paperwork. Its stock, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
