I had 2 years of crusty, fresh water stains and crud on my hull. I tried blasting it off with a power washer and several types of chemicals with NO luck.. I saw this stuff and figured I would give it a try... After putting on safety goggles and rubber gloves, I soaked this on a sponge and simply wiped it on.. Within one or two minutes, my hull started to look brand new!! I used the whole bottle in 45 minutes and have a glossy white hull once again.... This literally took NO EFFORT!!!
YOU MUST WARE SAFETLY GOGGLES AND GLOVES!! It is Acidic.

This stuff worked great for me in the past. The last couple of times it did not do a good job. Does not do good on hard water stuff. One bottle will NOT do a 20 foot boat. I got a 21 ft Four Winns and you need at least 2 bottles.

A:
I really don't know but as strong as it smells, I would not use it at this location. Test a little on grass where you don't care if kills it & on a small piece of sealed asphalt. I use it in graves.Answered on 9/15/2011 by Hokieman68 from Smith Mtn. Lake, VA

Q:
Will this product take off caked wax??Asked on 7/1/2009 by Anonymous2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
This product is a stain remover. You would most likely need some type of tool with a hard edge to scrape off excess wax...being careful not to damage the finish.Answered on 7/7/2009 by Matt from OvertonsA:
Taking off excess wax or wax build-up is best done while the boat is out of the water. Use a good marine quality buffing compound and an electric or air powered hand-held buffing machine with a wool pad. This should remove your wax as well as polish your hull. Then apply a new coating of wax!Answered on 12/28/2009 by Boat guy from Indiana
