Comments about Whitecap Stainless Ratchet Antenna Deck Mount:
This ratchet mount is very adaptable to almost any use. My first use of one of these was on a houseboat where it mounted flat to a roof. My second use of one of these was on a speed boat where I mounted it to the side of the boat. I would suggest that if you are going to mount it on a boat that has a very fast speed that you run bolts through the hull and back them up with washers rather than screws. Screws have a tendency to pull out or work loose.
