Product Description
spro Inspired by the original 8 inch BBZ1, the new BBZ-1 4inch Shad is one of the most realistic shad swim baits to ever hit the water. After 2 years of research and development Bill Siemantel along with SPRO's Design Team have designed a cutting edge Shad Swim bait system that covers the entire water column from top to bottom! Whether you are a tournament Pro "Casting for Cash", or a Striper fisherman fishing inland or of shore, this lure just plain catches fish! This 4 inch BBZ1 Shad Slow Sink (sinks 1 foot every 4 seconds). Pros and novice anglers alike will both be able to pick up one of these BBZ-1 4" Shad Baits and start loading the boat. Why a 4" shad bait? Because it's one of the most common baitfish in the world that game fish eat! Bass, Muskie, Tarpon, Redfish, Stripers, Snook, Salmon, just to name a few. This is one of the best-built and realistic lures every to hit the market! Looks, actions, durability, versatility and a price point that everyone can afford.

I caught my first bass on it today I'm 13 and only really fish in retention pond and this bass was only 8 inches long. Me and my friends had a good laugh about the size of the bass.

          Comments about Spro SB40 BBZ1 4" Shad:

These baits look great in the water. I've used the slow sink on two straight trips and have caught several bass in shallow on a fast retrieve. I'm sure this will continue to catch fish for me in different water depths as I continue to use it. It takes a while for it to get down to a 5-10 foot range.

          Comments about Spro SB40 BBZ1 4" Shad:

The bait runs very smoothly through the water. Within the first few casts I caught a fish ... unfortunately, I was bass fishing and caught a pickrel. I'm concerned about the plastic tail and fin (durability).

            Comments about Spro SB40 BBZ1 4" Shad:

I'm undecided about the BBZ 1 Shad. It looks great in the water but I haven't had any luck with it yet. Throws good. Can burn it if you want, but the natural motion has to be reeled in really slow. I'll keep trying it.

ANY THREAD THIN OR GIZZARD SHAD COLOR IS GREAT SUCH AS COLOR 022. THE ACTION IS THIS BAIT IS AWSOME AND WILL TRIGGER BITES FROM NOT ONLY BASS, STRIPERS, OR WHITE BASS BUT FRESH WATER RED DRUM THAT WE HAVE IN POWER PLANT LAKES WITHIN TEXAS.
