Purchased two of these to use in cockpit of 40' Express Cruiser. We wanted something easy to move around for times maintenance work needed to be done in engine compartment. The actual chair seat, back, armrest is fine. Nice and comfortable. Swivel glides smoothly. However, you cannot assemble the stand component and wind up with four legs on the ground. You can work with it and work with it but the stand is going to rock. If you measure the distance between bolt holes you wind up with four different measurements. Clearly more attention to detail is needed in this area. The instructions are clear and concise, not hard to follow. Everything came well packaged with plastic wrapping and hardware packages attached to each part in ziplock bags. We will keep the chairs but we will be purchasing different stands or have stands fabricated for them. We would recommend purchasing the chairs without this particular stand.
