Comments about Solas 4-Blade Propeller, Pressed Rubber Hub / Aluminum, 14 dia x 21 pitch, RH:

The 4 blade prop really gets the boat out of the water and on plane both quicker and at a slower speed which is really good for pulling tubes with smaller kids.

Comments about Solas 4-Blade Propeller, Pressed Rubber Hub / Aluminum, 14 dia x 21 pitch, RH:

Bought to improve my my boats performance pulling tubes over my 3 blade. The 21 pitch 4 blade was same pitch as my stainless 3 blade. It's performed well. Not sure after one outing I gained much low end as I hoped but feel increase in mid range power. It throws a diff wake than a 3 blade but not nasty. It was a inexpensive prop to see how it would perform before spending stainless money on a guess. It's also cheaper to replace this prop than having my stainless repaired if it should be damaged running in unknown waters. As of now I see no issues with it. Only lost a few mph in top speed as I figured on with the extra blade. Would buy again if needed replace it. Also included new brass castle lock and new lock tab washer for prop nut.

HAD A 17 PITCH PROP WAS TOO SLOW ON TOP END, SWITCHED TO 21 PITCH 4 BLADE ,THAT WAS THE ANSWER STILL COMES OUT OF THE HOLE TO PULL SKIERS AND DOESN'T OVER REV THE MOTOR AND MORE TOP END SPEED.
