smoke_hollow This 2-in-1 smoker/grill works with both gas and charcoal. The gas grill features three 10,000 BTU stainless steel tube burners and offers porcelain-coated flare guards, cast iron cooking grids, and warming rack. The charcoal grill also has porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids, in addition to a fully adjustable charcoal basket and deluxe draft control. This versatile grill includes a 12,000 side/sear burner and an offset fire box for smoking/indirect cooking.

    So far so good!

    I have only had the grill for a couple weeks, but so far it has been amazing! I love the versatility, if I want a quick burger or some hot dogs for the fam, I start up the gas burners and let it rip. When I have more time and really want that nice BBQ flavor, I throw some hot coals on the charcoal side. I've used the fire box once to smoke a Turkey, couldn't be happier, it came out great! I used to use a small vertical charcoal smoker, moving to this smoker was a great move for me, with this grill I use all wood for the fire box and it gave a great smokey flavor and controlling the temp was a breeze!

    It did take my father-in-law and I about 2 hrs to put the whole thing together, so make sure you have some time set aside to put it together. I definitely recommend following the curing instructions, it took me a good 45 mins at high heat to get rid of that burning paint smell. But since then, its been great.

    I love this grill/Smoker! I have smoked a dozen salmon and fish, two roasts, pork chops, brisket and seafood! I got my Grill/Smoker for Christmas from the best wife on earth! I live I Wisconsin and this winter was rough, but I still found a way to smoke. This summer is going to be amazing! I can't wait.

          i love this grill. i bought my husband this grill for fathers day for 300.00 plus gander mtn gave us a $50 gift card for purchasing it. you cant get a better deal. its not like those cheap knock offs you get at other retailers.cooks great and cleans up easily.

            I can't see how any grill could be finer. You get the best of every type of grilling possible. Smoker works fantastic. Charcoal grill is easy to clean. Gas grill, well is a gas grill. Side burner works great for boiling corn on the cob!!! Delicious!!! Sturdy built product. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied and for a such a reasonable price it is a must have in my opinion even if you are just an occassional griller.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

              the time it takes to cook on it and the fact you can use charcoal and gas at the same time
              i wish the burners on the gas side were stainless steel which would give it longeer use life.
