The Smoke Hollow 38" LP Gas Smoker features a push-button ignition, a cast-brass burner, and four chrome-plated cooking grids with multiple adjustment levels. A temperature gauge on the door allows you to monitor your smoker's temperature, and a 2-door design with cool touch spring wire door handles and a Sure-Lock latch system keeps your door safely closed. The smoker features a porcelain-coated steel water pan and a wood chip box with lid. Operates on LP gas (not included). 90-day warranty on water bowl; one-year limited warranty on parts.

I've been looking to upgrade my electric Brinkman smoker for awhile and I really liked the Smoke Hollow line. The 44" with the double doors was my first choice but it has never gone on sale and i was looking for a bargain. I came upon this 38" also known as No.6 and couldn't be happier. Gander Mountain had a great deal on it and the shipping was super fast. I've already smoked a couple of slabs of ribs and one boston butt. I really think the process has been greatly enhanced with this new smoker and my wife says it's my best effort to date. Controlling temps is easy and i couldn't be happier.

I am not a review writer, however I believe this product warrants a review. I shopped for a smoker for a couple of months, reading many reviews along the way. I decided on this smoker because it had all the features I desired--double doors, brass burner, heavy duty shelves, and adjustable door latches. It has bonus features, including sausage rack and thermometer.

All parts are good quality, everything was in the box and assembly was easy. Price was reasonable.

This is my first gas smoker and I started out cooking ribs and a whole chicken. Following the directions in the included book, cooking was easy and the food turned out phenomenally! Smoker held a consistent temperature once it came up to temp. I recommend this smoker.

AFTER USING THIS SMOKER A DOZEN TIMES AND TURNING OUT DELICIOUS MEATS AND THIS NOT BEONG MY FIRST SMOKER I WAS FAMILAR WITH HOW THEY WORKED. ONE NIGHT THE FLAME WENT OUT, AFTER TURNING OFF THE GAS AND GIVING IT A FEW MINUTES I WENT TO IGNITE IT AGAIN AND WAS CAUGHT IN A FIRE BALL THAT LEFT 3RD DEGREE BURNS ALL OVER MY HANDS. AFTER CONTACTING OUTDOOR LEISURE PRODUCTS AND LETTING THEM KNOW OF WHAT HAPPEND. THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT HAD HAPPENED TO ME. I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT JUST NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OLP.
