A joint venture between Smith & Wesson and Walther, the SW99 has proven to be a reliable addition to the extensive line of Smith & Wesson auto pistols. The Smith & Wesson SW99 is a modern, polymer frame pistol that is nearly identical to the Walther P99. The SW99 features an internal striker and an ambidextrous magazine release. The unique ergonomic polymer grip of the SW99 was designed by renowned Italian match pistol grip designer Cesar Morini to fit the human hand better than any other grip on the market. The SW990L variant does not incorporate a decocking button as the other models do, making it a true double-action-only. The Compact model has a shorter barrel and grip frame for easier holstering. This pistol features adjustable 3-dot sights and comes with two 8-round magazines. Its grips and metal are in good condition and its bore is in very good condition.
