I was able to try these socks out for a youth deer hunt with my son. They are very comfortable and most important, kept my feet warm in mid-20 degree weather. Evern though the price is a little high, would highly recommend for cold weather hunting.

I use these socks as a base layer under wool socks when hunting. These socks are a huge help in controlling moisture, which helps keep my feet warm in the cold. Great product.

I bought this product for Elk hunting in the Rockies during October it wasn't cold their it was like 70 degrees and Deer hunting in Iowa Late during the winter December/ beginning of January. I wore these socks when it was 70 degrees and now have wore them when it was 10 degrees. My feet have stayed very dry in the warm weather and haven't been cold yet and these are extremely comfortable.

These socks are the best you can buy for hunting in my opinion. I've worn tons of socks over 25 years and these are the warmest and most comfortable. The extra length is great; it helps keep them up on your calves, which in turn helps keep them from sliding down, especially wearing taller rubber/scent-free/snakeproof boots. Any time they go on sale, I'd suggest buying a pair.

Make sure you have room in your boots, they are pretty thick, but best socks out there!
